ID-NET ARRESTS MAN, SEIZES DRUGS
(9/26/2006) NEW HAVEN – Officers assigned to the NHPD’s ID-NET unit arrested one man last night and seized a large quantity of illegal drugs.
Ronnie E. Patterson, 44, of 248 Sherman Avenue, was arrested in the area of McClain Park at 330 Ella Grasso Boulevard. Patterson was charged with possession of a narcotic substance, possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell, possession of a narcotic substance within 1500 feet of a school, possession of a narcotic substance with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance within 1500 feet of a school, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell within 1500 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within 1500 feet of a school and drinking in public.
Police seized $835 in cash, 95 bags of heroin with a street value of approximately $1,000, and two cell phones.
